At Cute Asian Cards, your happiness means everything to us. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Unopened and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or custom cards — because these are made just for you, we can't accept returns on customized items unless there's a defect or error on our part.
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required! 💛

How to Initiate a Return

Ready to start a return? Here's how:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Want a different card instead? We'd love to help! We offer exchanges for items of equal value within the 30-day return window, subject to availability. Just let us know which card you'd like in exchange when you reach out.
