We want your Cute Asian Cards to arrive safely and quickly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Processing Time
Since our cards are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way! 📬

International Shipping
We hope to expand to international markets soon.
Order Tracking
Orders with 7 individual cards or more or boxed sets will have tracking included. If you are purchasing less than 7 individual cards, we ship with an economic method that does not provide tracking. We recommend you to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout to receive a tracking number with every order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us with your order number. We'll do our best to investigate and make things right. 💛
Please note that once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, we're always here to help!
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only make address changes before your order enters fulfillment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
